1) Does RefurbPlanet.com (SHA Matrix, Inc) accept phone, fax, email, chat or mail orders?
We accept Phone, fax, email and fax orders. Customer may place an order by calling 1 (877) MAX GIGS
or 1 (248) 556-3300

2) After submitting the order, how order progress can be seen? Or shipping status?
Customer will keep informed about order via e-mail immediately as soon as order placed. Subsequent Tracking numbers will also be emailed once items are shipped. Customer may also check online order status page for live updates.

3) Order status is on hold, why?
Order might be on hold for various reasons, such as the credit card is declined or the address needs verification, please call our Customer Service at 1 (248) 556-3300 to correct & release the order hold Status.

4) Dealing with a specific agent directly?
SHA Matrix, Inc Customer Executive team are well trained can handle Customer situation, whether it be placing an order or solving an issue. However, if Customer would like to speak to a specific agent, please enter direct extension at the opening phone prompt. If they do not answer right away, leave a detailed message and allow the specific person to get back as soon as specific agent can.

5) What is the time duration to process an order?
Delivery date varies based on the items ordered. Please contact our Sales department at 1 (248)-556-3300 for shipping information. Sometimes it takes several business days for us to process an order for rare to find parts or Parts with no inventory (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, the estimated time of arrival will be determined by Customer selected shipping method and Customer local UPS guidelines for delivery.

6) What is the process to cancel an order?
Once the order is placed, it can’t be cancelled. Please call us at 1 (248)-556-3300 for any additional question you may have.

7) Can I back order an item that is out-of-stock?
Yes, Customer can back order certain items even when they are sold out or out-of-stock. A back order will not be charged or shipped until all items on the order are in stock. A back ordered item may have lead time or earliest time of availability ETA, although it is subject to change without notice from suppliers.

8) Item is missing from my order, what should i do?
Please, verify that Customer received a box for each tracking number associated with Customer order. If all boxes have been delivered but Customer Still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call RefurbPlanet.com Customer Service at 1 (248) 556 3300 if you are unable to locate an item.

11) How Global shipping and charges apply?
We can ship orders most anywhere in the world that is serviced by UPS, FedEx, DHL provided that there are no customs or vendors restrictions as per US Dept of State & Global Shipping Guide Lines

1) For USA & CANADA all prepaid methods will be accepted (Wire, Verified PayPal, or any major CC)
2) International Shipments for USA Business Friendly countries ( only Wire Transfers, or Verified PayPal)
3) Accepting of Credit Card payments for other international Shipments accepted Subjected to following check points
A] Credit Card Authorization must be completed by Customer, submit SHA Matrix, Inc Credit card Authorization
B] Send any Copy of 2 Photo identifications Such as Driving License, Passport , or any Government issued Photo ids.
C] Copy of any Credit card Latest bills / Bank Statements / Telephone/ Energy /
D] Verify Phone & Email, Website, Office Pictures to Support Customer Business is Legitimate to setup account for first time.

13) Can I wire transfer a payment?
YES, there is a $25 processing fee for making a Wire Transfer payment.

14) Will package be delivered to my home, front door, inside rooms, or PO Box?
Most companies will deliver anywhere Customer wants them to but there are a few that have restrictions, see below: All trucking companies currently use by us use what it’s called threshold delivery. Threshold delivery in other words is also known as front door drop-off. This service gets the product to Customer front door, but no farther. If Customer lives in an apartment, threshold service will leave the product in the front of the apartment complex many times. Some times at the Apartment front door. Most of trucking companies will make an appointment with the customer before attempting delivery. No order will be accepted on PO Box addresses.
