Standard Shipping
SHA Matrix, Inc’s Suppliers use FedEx ground & UPS ground (except where noted) for all deliveries. Packages shipped via FedEx or UPS can be tracked online using your order confirmation number.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost. You can select 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping in the shopping cart. FedEx or UPS considers these delivery options based on business days (for example, an item ordered on Wednesday with 3-day delivery would not arrive until the following Monday. An item ordered overnight on Friday would also not arrive until Monday.)

Freight
For larger items and/or breakable items such as big screen TV’s, Plasma and LCD TV’s etc., we use specialty shippers with additional shipping charges which will be paid by the customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items that are in-stock are generally shipped the same day they are received (Monday-Friday) providing the order is received before 3 PM EST. For orders placed after 3 PM EST or on the weekends, shipping will occur on the next business day. (For example, an order placed Friday night will not ship until Monday. An order placed Wednesday morning will ship Wednesday afternoon.)

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - NO order ships on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Holidays!

How long it will take to receive your order depends on where you live, and what you ordered. Item(s) shipped UPS ground generally take 5 - 6 days to reach the customer. However, once your package has left our supplier’s warehouse, we cannot control factors such as weather that may delay your packages receipt.

Please note that SHA Matrix, Inc. cannot guarantee delivery time of items because of variables such as time of day the order is placed, available stock on hand, weather & other factors.

All Express Mail, FedEx & UPS orders are waived from signature requirements unless otherwise requested in your order, by Email or phone.

Tips to Ensure Timely Delivery of Your Order

Place your order before 3 PM Eastern.
Most orders that are placed before noon are shipped the same day. Most orders placed after noon are shipped the next day.

Submit complete delivery and contact information.
Incomplete addresses, phone numbers & Email addresses are the primary reasons for delayed shipments. Please double check yourself!

Address tips:
Street Addresses - Make sure to enter your complete address including directional abbreviations such as N, S, E & W and street descriptions such as Dr, Ln, Cir, etc.

Apartment Addresses - In addition to your street address, don't forget apartment (APT) or building (BLDG) numbers if applicable.

Business Addresses - In addition to your street address, don't forget suite (STE) or floor (FLR) numbers if applicable.

Phone Number - Assist your delivery person by giving us a phone number to provide to them for contacting you about delivery issues if necessary.
